(a) It shall be the duty of any owner or keeper of a dog to keep such dog under control, as herein
defined, so as to prevent the dog from:
(1) Running at large;
(2) Becoming a danger to persons or property;
(3) Trespassing on the property of another; or
(4) Being a public nuisance as defined in Section 7-131.
